This is a film about British Idealism and loss. It took a month to research and 5 days to shoot. Here are some stills from the film:

I’ve just finished another new music video for Little Comets.

I used the track to try out a social experiment idea I’d had for a while…All the girls featured are real girls called Joanna. It was a challenge working within these restrictions. I couldn’t create their characters.

Me and the producer, Amber trawled through 100s of Joannas to find the most interesting girls. This is a day in their parallel lives. All the girls had their own gentle vitality or an unassuming beauty.

My friend Alex showed me this tonight. Very moving and hypnotic.
